The best late night TV performance I’ve ever seen…
From the very beginning when the band addresses the crowd, through the blasting horns and pulsating lights, The Heavy showed the Letterman audience, and me via YouTube, a TV performance like no other. Although if you have a contender, I’d like to see that too!
When they are breaking it down around the 2:30 mark with the guitar solo all the way through to the end you gotta be thinking, “yup, the kid was right.” Letterman agrees.
And for Those of you paying attention, this tune is one of the 50 tunes that don’t suck (via Esquire). Also worth noting, this song isn’t particularly directed at past girlfriends, so please don’t give me shit. But that would be funny too.
