Armory Massage, some pre-tour R&R

Two days before leaving for tour I decided to treat myself to some rest and relaxation that didn’t include a glass, ice, and Crown Royal.
I’d never had a REAL massage until I wound up at Armory Massage. Shop owner and licensed massage therapist, Melissa Heavener, runs a first rate place. Upon arriving she took 5 minutes to better understand what areas of the body I felt needed attention and then grabbed me a bottle of water. Shortly thereafter I was shown to my private room where a heated bed awaited accompanied by some chill/relaxing tunes.
Note to future patrons of Armory Massage….make sure you are good and hydrated…and if you find the need to use the restroom before or after your session, look out for the mannequin down the shared hallway.
