40 BELOW meeting at Lights on the Lake
LOCATION: Syracuse, NY
Last night was the monthly 40 Below Marketing and Communication Task Force meeting. After two years of hosting meetings behind closed doors a spark of genius came across our group. Now our meetings are held at a notable location around Syracuse (i.e. bar, art space, public space). With this we are better able to get the word out about 40 Below and create strong community bonds.
Last nights meeting was held at the Onondaga County Parks Headquarters on Lake Street in Liverpool. The meeting took place along the route of the Lights on the Lake. It was cool to hear from Jon Cooley, Direction of Recreation, as to the efforts the County Parks are making to create a pathway all around Onondaga Lake. Did you know the clean up efforts on the lake have resulted in it becoming a top fishing destination of bass fishermen?
